1.1. Clients must complete a health questionnaire before commencing any sessions.
1.2. Clients must inform the instructor of any changes in their health or medical condition.
1.3. Participation is at the client’s risk. Consult a healthcare provider before starting any new fitness program.
1.4. Proper attire, including grip socks, must be worn at all times in the studio.
1.5. No food or drink, except water, is allowed in the studio during sessions.
2.1. Eclipse Pilates respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
2.2. Personal information is used only to provide services and won’t be shared without consent.
2.3. Clients have the right to access their personal information and request corrections or deletions.
3.1. Clients are expected to arrive on time for their sessions. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
3.2. Mobile phones must be silenced or turned off during sessions.
3.3. Clients must follow the instructions of the instructor at all times.
3.4. Respectful behaviour towards instructors and other clients is mandatory.
4.1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.
4.2. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged the full session fee.
4.3. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the discretion of the studio management.
5.1. Eclipse Pilates and its instructors are not liable for any injuries or health issues that may arise from participating in sessions.
5.2. Clients assume full responsibility for their participation and acknowledge the inherent risks involved in physical activity.
5.3. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. Eclipse Pilates is not liable for any lost or stolen items.
6.1. Eclipse Pilates offers a range of services including private sessions, group classes, and workshops.
6.2. The specific services provided will be outlined in the client’s package or membership agreement.
6.3. The studio reserves the right to modify the services offered at any time.
7.1. Payment for sessions is due immediately if you are a first time client.
7.2. For on-going clients, invoices are sent on the 25th day of every month, and payment must be made by the 28th day of every month.
7.3. Payments can be made via EFT, or cash.
7.4. All fees are non-refundable, except as provided in the cancellation policy.
7.5. Packages and memberships have an expiration date and must be used within the specified time.
7.6. Eclipse Pilates does not adhere to a credit base system.
8.1. Membership and package details, including expiration dates and conditions, will be provided at the time of purchase.
8.2. Packages and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
8.3. The studio reserves the right to adjust prices and terms for new packages and memberships.
9.1. Eclipse Pilates reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
9.2. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or on the studio’s website.
9.3. Continued use of the studio’s services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
10.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
