I am Rebecca, the founder, owner, and sole instructor at Eclipse Pilates.

Determined to share this transformative practice with others, I pursued comprehensive training and earned certifications from BASI, Body Control, and Pilates Dynamics. I have also completed multiple workshops to deepen my expertise. Committed to lifelong learning, I consider Pilates a never-ending journey of discovery and growth, continuously seeking opportunities to expand my knowledge and refine my skills.
